Yes, every product at Aura Benaras is 100% authentic. We work directly with master weavers in Varanasi to ensure each saree, dupatta, and fabric is crafted using traditional handloom techniques and genuine silk yarns.
How should I care for my silk garments?
To preserve the luster and longevity of your Banarasi silk, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only. Store your garments in a cool, dry place wrapped in a clean muslin cloth, and avoid direct contact with perfumes or liquids.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our heritage collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on your location and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Can I request custom modifications to a saree?
We offer fall and edging (Pico) services as well as custom blouse stitching. Please select these options on the product page or contact our support team immediately after placing your order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged or significantly different from the description. Please ensure the tags are intact and the product is unused. Custom-stitched items are not eligible for return.
How do I verify the purity of the zari used?
Our premium collections feature tested zari or pure silver/gold zari. Each product description specifies the type of zari used, and we provide authenticity certificates for our high-end bridal collections upon request.
